Returns Policy

MINKI is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase and we take pride in the quality of all our products. Therefore, if the product does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or condition, we are here to address your concerns. Please feel free to send us an email at for any return enquiries.

At MINKI, we extend a 14-day return window for your purchase. To initiate a return, the item must be in it’s original MINKI unused packaging. It must also be undamaged and unworn.

Kindly be advised that should you wish to process a return, you will be responsible for arranging and paying any necessary courier services.

Should your MINKI product arrive in a damaged condition, please send us an email at within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by a picture of your damaged item. We will kindly assist you in returning or exchanging your damaged product.

Please NOTE:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns on our earrings due to hygiene considerations.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on MINKI items that do not fit, as we diligently provide accurate fit and measurement details under each product listing. 
  • Throughout the duration of a MINKI sale, customers participating in the sale will not be able to facilitate any refunds or exchanges on any sale items bought. All sale transactions made will be considered as final.
  • We do not offer any returns or refunds on gift cards.
  • A MINKI refund will only be processed after your item has been received and evaluated by our team. Once your MINKI product has been inspected and your return has been approved, you can expect the refund of your returned item within the next 10 business days of your return. If you payed with Credit/Debit Card, your refund will be processed via the original payment method you used. If you paid with PayFast you will receive an EFT refund. The refund can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
